How many calls your assistant receives, on which days and at what times.

Analytics shows how many calls your assistants receive and when, so you can see when your phone is busiest. Until anything comes in, it says No data yet.

Calls

All calls through your assistants, including test calls from the browser:

  • Calls (last 14 days) — incoming calls per day
  • Calls by Day of Week — which weekdays bring the most calls
  • Calls by Time of Day — what times people call

Languages

The language requests come in. This chart is based on requests through the API, not on phone calls, and only appears when there are such requests.

API Calls (for Developers)

Only shown when your own systems access your calendars through the API:

  • API Calls (last 14 days) — requests per day
  • Query Results — how the requests turned out: available, fully booked, outside hours, or error

Good to know

  • Test calls count too. Shortly after setup, the numbers are often just your own tests.
