Transparency for Callers

The AI disclosure is now part of every generated greeting, callers get their own information page about their data, and AI-generated content on the blog is labeled as such.

Three Places Where Callers Now Learn More

Anyone talking to your assistant should know who they're talking to — and what happens to their data. Three changes toward that.

The AI Disclosure in Every Greeting

The greeting generator in the dashboard now writes the note that an AI assistant is speaking into every suggestion. The default greeting contains it too. Anyone using the generator meets the transparency obligation of the EU AI Act (Article 50) automatically. If you write your own greeting, make sure to keep the disclosure.

An Information Page for Callers

At flowcaptain.com/caller-information, callers can now read in German and English what happens to their data: that they spoke with an AI, that calls are not recorded, how long transcripts are kept, and who is responsible for the processing. The page is linked from the footer.

AI Labels on the Blog

The header images of our blog articles are AI-generated and now carry the official EU label for it. Below every article, a note says it was created with AI assistance and editorially reviewed. We follow the rules we recommend to our customers.
