No Appointment Moves Without a Clear Yes
When a caller wants to move an appointment, your assistant first checks that the new time is free, then reads both appointments back in full: "I'm moving the test ride from Wednesday, 21 October at 10:30 AM to Friday, 23 October at 2:00 PM. Does that work?" Only when the caller confirms with a clear yes does the calendar change.
What the Caller Experiences
- If the caller says "Yes, but 3 PM would be better", the assistant reads the new proposal back instead of moving.
- If the caller asks a question, they get an answer and hear the appointment once more.
- For a service with a drop-off, the assistant names the day and the drop-off window instead of a time, for example "drop-off on Friday, 23 October by 6 PM".
- If the caller changes the target several times or never says yes, the assistant offers a callback when Callback is on.
What You See in the Calendar
Exactly one move per confirmed yes. The appointment is in the calendar exactly as the assistant read it back.
