Walk-In Services

Some things don't need an appointment, for example pumping up tyres. You can now create such services as "No appointment". The assistant then tells callers they can simply come by.

Just Come By

Not every service belongs in the calendar. When a caller asks whether they need an appointment to get their tyres pumped up and your answer is "No, just come by", your assistant should say exactly that — and not hand out an appointment nobody needs.

What You Do

Under Services, next to In-House Appointment and Drop-Off Service, there is now a third type: No appointment. The duration is only an approximate figure for the caller. Walk-in services are not assigned to any calendar. In the list you'll find them with the No appointment filter.

What the Caller Experiences

When someone asks about such a service, the assistant tells them no appointment is needed and they can simply come by during opening hours. It does not offer an appointment for it.

Templates for Bike Shops

If you picked the industry preset Bike shop with workshop in your business profile, Use a template lists typical services, from annual inspection to brake service, including one that needs no appointment: pumping up tyres. It only shows templates you haven't created yet. During setup nothing is pre-selected: you switch on only what you actually offer. More under Services.
