Hear What Your Callers Hear
Until now you could only test your assistant in the dashboard by typing. How it sounds — voice, greeting, tone, pace — you only found out once someone actually called.
The "Test" tab of your assistant now has a voice test.
How It Works
- Click "Start test call" and allow the browser to use your microphone
- Your assistant joins the conversation and greets you — exactly as it greets callers
- Talk to it: ask for an appointment, ask a question, check the voice and tone
- "Hang up" ends the test; it also ends automatically after a fixed duration
A Test Call Is a Real Call
Whatever you book during the voice test lands in your calendar, and the summary email goes out just like after any other call. That's intentional: you see the whole flow, not just the voice. If you'd rather type, the text test is still right below.
