Questions & Answers

The knowledge base has a new section: Questions & answers. For bike shops with a workshop, the typical caller questions are already there. You answer them once, and on the phone your assistant passes on your answer in substance.

Your Answers, Not Guesses

"Do you also fit parts I bring myself?", "Which brands do you carry?", "Can I pay by card?" Questions like these come in every day. For your assistant to answer them correctly, it needs your answer, not a guess.

Templates for Bike Shops

If you pick the industry preset Bike shop with workshop in your business profile, the Knowledge Base shows, under Questions & answers, the questions callers typically ask bike shops, grouped by topic and filterable by Sales and Workshop. Without an industry preset, you simply add your own questions.

How You Answer a Question

Depending on the question, you pick a ready-made answer, write a sentence of your own, or tick in a list what you carry and what you don't. For questions only you or your team can answer at that moment, such as whether a bike is ready yet, you decide that the assistant offers a callback or a transfer. Some things the assistant answers straight from your business profile or your services, so you don't enter them twice.

If a question is missing, add it with Own question.

Confirmed First, Then on the Phone

Your input is saved as a draft. On the phone, the assistant only uses answers you released with Confirm. Nothing half-finished reaches callers.

What the Caller Experiences

On the phone, your assistant passes on your answer in substance. If your list says you don't carry something, the assistant says so clearly. The assistant relies on your answer; if none is on file, it says it can't answer that and offers a callback (if Callback is enabled). More under Knowledge Base.
