Confirmation Page in the Caller's Language

The SMS confirmation link now opens in the language the call was held in. Drop-off appointments show the drop-off guideline instead of internal times, and you're warned when an SMS can't reach the customer.

The Confirmation Page Got Smarter

After a booking, your caller receives an SMS with a confirmation link. That page just got noticeably smarter — in three places.

The Language of the Conversation

If the call was held in English, the confirmation page opens in English too — regardless of browser settings. Your own approve/reject view is unaffected and still appears in your language.

Drop-Off Appointments Show the Drop-Off Guideline

For drop-off appointments, customers used to see an internal slot time that had little to do with the actual drop-off. Now they see the real guideline — for example, "Please drop off by 10 AM the day before" or "Drop off during opening hours."

Warning When the SMS Can't Arrive

If a customer didn't leave a phone number or called from a landline, the decision SMS can't reach them. In that case, the approval view now shows you a clear notice: please inform the customer by phone — including their number, if available.
