The Confirmation Page Got Smarter
After a booking, your caller receives an SMS with a confirmation link. That page just got noticeably smarter — in two places.
The Language of the Conversation
If the call was held in English, the confirmation page opens in English too — regardless of browser settings. Your own approve/reject view is unaffected and still appears in your language.
Warning When the SMS Can't Arrive
If a customer didn't leave a phone number or called from a landline, the decision SMS can't reach them. In that case, the approval view now shows you a clear notice: please inform the customer by phone — including their number, if available.
