Callback Requests With Reachability

When the assistant can't settle a request during the call, it takes a callback request — now including when the caller can actually be reached. The answer lands as its own line in your email.

No More Phone Tag

Not every call ends with an appointment. Sometimes no slot fits, sometimes the caller asks a question only you can answer. In those cases your assistant takes a callback request: name, phone number, and what it's about.

Until now, the most important detail for you was missing: When can you actually reach this person?

The Assistant Now Asks

At the end of a callback request, the assistant asks when the caller is easy to reach. The answer is kept exactly as spoken — "after 5 PM", "tomorrow morning", "best during my lunch break".

Visible in Your Email

Reachability appears as its own line in the notification you receive after the call — right next to name, number and request. You call back when it suits both of you, instead of leaving three voicemails.
